How can I track my order?
We would give you the courier partner tracking id for your shipment.
Cancellation and Returns
- If there is any deviation/defect in your order, please inform us with in 48 orders of receiving the goods. Please email us email@example.com with the the picture of the product. Some one from our team would get in touch with you to verify and discuss the issue. If your concern is genuine, we would be start your exchange process.
- Pack the product carefully and ship it back via a reputed courier partner (Blue Dart, Aramex, DTDC, First Flight, DHL) and provide us the tracking number. The return courier charges would be paid by the customer
- Once the product reaches us, we would inform you and start processing
- No cash refund. You would be given a credit note, and you can use the same for the purchase on the site.
- No return or exchange would be made, if product received is not in good shape. Items should be unused, clean and in resalable condition.
